Frugal Relay provides an OpenAI-compatible AI API gateway with usage-based billing, wallet credits and supported subscription allowances.

Users are responsible for account security, API key use, lawful usage, upstream provider policy compliance and reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.

Unused wallet balance refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of a top-up, while consumed usage and third-party fees may be non-refundable.
